Where are your customer service counters located at Brisbane Airport?
Domestic: Our counter at the Qantas end is located adjacent to courosel 2, located next to Budget Car Rentals. In addition, our Virgin Blue booth is located immediately outside of Virgin Blue arrivals arrivals, at the Domestic Airport official bus stop.

International: The Coachtrans counter is located immediately to the left once exiting customs on the arrivals level (2).

Do I need to pre-book my travel with Coachtrans Australia?
Yes, Coachtrans is a booking-only service and you must be booked onto a service in order to be guaranteed travel.
