PASSENGER INFORMATION & CONDITIONS:

Airport Transfers: Due to the precise nature of aircraft timetables, airport transfer passengers should aim to be ready and waiting outside their hotel or designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to pick-up time. This should enable passengers to connect with their respective flights. It is recommended that passengers allow sufficient time to enable them to connect with their flights:--
- Domestic Airlines suggest passengers arrive at least 1 hour prior to the departure time.
- International Airlines suggest passengers arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure time.

Theme Park Transfers: Passengers are to book at least 24 hours prior to Theme Park Transfer services. Due to the precise nature of scheduling it may not be possible to wait for clients who are not ready at the designated pick-up time. Such passengers will need to re-book on a later service. Baggage: Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person. Excess luggage, surfboards & bicycles will be carried at a rate of $10.00 per item.
All luggage must be clearly labelled by the passenger, including name and full address. Valuable items (e.g. jewellery, expensive equipment, cash etc) should be carried by the passenger on their person. Passengers are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

COACHTRANS AUSTRALIA accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or personal and valuable items.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 24 hours prior to boarding; a cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply.
Cancellation made within 24 hours prior to boarding a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Failure to board – nil refund will apply.

Travel Insurance: Passengers are advised to purchase their own travel insurance prior to their departure, as protection against any loss, damage or cancellation. Ask your travel consultant for details.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on all Coachtrans Australia coaches.

Alcohol: Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited on any Coachtrans service. Coachtrans Australia reserve the right to remove passengers carrying or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs for the comfort and safety of the remainder of the passengers.
